From the studio to the dance floor, our teachers are bringing their passion and creativity to the Dancing with Z Stars Mardi Gras Ball & Benefit Gala! 🤩💖

And rounding out our choreography team is Leann Wills (pictured with Sasha Farber, professional dancer on DWTS!!) We are blessed to have her!!!👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Leann, Baton Rouge born and raised, joined the Molly Myers Dance Academy community back in 2013 and has been teaching/choreographing since 2019. Her training and experience spans from Tri Parish Ballet Company to competitive dance and collegiate dance as a Northwestern State University Demon Dazzler. At MMDA, Leann specializes in tap, hip-hop, and jazz for ages 5-18 and is also the coordinator behind MMDA’s marketing and social media. For Leann, dance has always been more than movement — it’s a way to connect, inspire, and help dancers discover confidence in themselves both on and off the stage. Beyond the dance studio, you can find Leann dancing in parades/community events with The Flamingeauxs!

Please welcome choreographer Cassidy Corkern to the DWZS Cast!!! We are so excited!!🎉🎉🎉

Cassidy, a proud Zachary native, has been part of the Molly Myers Dance Academy community since she first stepped into the studio at four years old. After years of training and competing, she transitioned into teaching and has spent the last four years instructing dancers ages 4-18 in a variety of genres, including acro. Beyond the classroom, Cassidy plays a vital role in recital preparation in studio coordination. Her greatest joy comes from encouraging dancers to express themselves and discover the happiness that dance brings. Cassidy is also a certified Barre instructor who enjoys group fitness and brings that same energy into her classes!
