Please see below for how to be considered for participation.

We are happy to hear of your interest in Yuma Artisans & Crafters! As you know we are dedicated to keeping the traditions of crafting and fine art alive now and for years to come. Are you a new crafter interested in the show? Or are you a returning crafter? If you are a new crafter, we have strict guidelines that must be followed as our shows are juried(judged), the biggest being that all items being sold at the show must be 100% handcrafted excluding packaging. We also require you to send photos of your work, as some categories remain waitlisted due to popularity. Please send photos of your work to [email protected] for our records. If you are a returning crafter, we now require UPDATED photos. Forms will be sent upon approval of your work. Should you be approved, the forms will be sent via email in AUGUST.

We understand that you may have participated before, however, we now require current photos from vendors every year.

Thank you! And we look forward to hearing from you.

Our hearts go out to the K9 Ops Foundation during this difficult time. We were blessed to have known Herb for only a little while, but he was an amazing person and we are grateful. Please say a prayer for Herb's wife Peggy and their family, as well as the K9 Ops Foundation, and the Yuma Community as they deal with this great loss. Herb will be missed by all who knew him.

In case you were wondering what we do with the table fees, in addition to covering the cost of the tables for our vendors, a portion of that money is donated right back to another local Yuma nonprofit. At the end of the 2025-26 season, thanks to our amazing vendors, we were able to donate $2500.00 to the K9 Ops Foundation. This money will be used to purchase a ballistic vest for the K9 at the San Luis Police Department.

We love Yuma and Yuma County and are so humbled, honored and proud to be able to give back.
