Pumpkin Patch Progress at Wah Wah Ranch! 🌻

Well, would you look at these little beauties?! 😍

Our first-ever pumpkin patch experiment at Wah Wah Ranch is officially producing pumpkins!

This year we planted a small test patch with several different varieties just to see what would grow, what would thrive, and what Mother Nature had in mind.

We’re learning as we go (which is pretty much the definition of farming 😂), but seeing these pumpkins come out of our own ground alongside our sunflowers makes all the work worth it.

The bigger dream? More pumpkins, more sunflowers, and maybe a beautiful little fall experience at the ranch someday. 🍂🐴🌻

For now, we’re celebrating every pumpkin we pick!

We are excited to share that 130 acres at Wah Wah Ranch have officially been converted from cropland to premium Bermuda grass for hay production!

This has been a big project for our team and an investment in the future of the ranch. We can’t wait to see these fields produce high-quality hay for horse owners, cattle producers, and fellow ranchers across Oklahoma.

Our first cutting of large round bales will be available soon! Keep following our page for hay availability and updates.

And if you happen to send a prayer up every now and then… pray for rain! 🌧️🌾

We’re officially in our test patch era… and yes, the pun stays. 🎃

As Wah Wah Ranch grows our farming operation, we’re thinking about adding pumpkins to the mix! So this year, we planted a trial run of 4 pumpkin varieties to see what can handle Oklahoma weather, ranch life, and our ambitious farming dreams.

Science? Agriculture? Seasonal chaos? All of the above.

If all goes well, someday you just might be buying your pumpkins from Wah Wah Ranch.

For now… we watch, we water, we wait, and we try not to get too emotionally attached!
