We Rock The Spectrum - Yukon We Rock the Spectrum - Yukon provides a fun, safe, inclusive environment for all children.

"We Rock the Spectrum Kid’s Gyms was founded to provide a place for children of all ability levels to play and grow together. As the only kids gym that offers an inclusive philosophy, we have found all children can benefit from our uniquely designed sensory equipment that is specifically designed to aid children with sensory processing disorders. However, in our experience, all children are able to benefit greatly from this equipment and by allowing children of all ability levels to play together they are able to learn a great deal from each other and become the best motivation for success on every level."

Rest & Regulate: A Nervous System Reset for Parents

We're thrilled to welcome Lindsi Lou, a trauma-informed somatic guide and nervous system educator, to our community.

If you're a parent or caregiver of a child with autism or special needs, you know the weight of that responsibility. You're holding so much: managing sensory sensitivity, emotional regulation, scheduling, and a thousand invisible layers. The nervous system work doesn't stop at our kids. It has to include you, too.

Lindsi specializes in creating immersive experiences that calm your nervous system and help your body find safety again. Using sound healing and somatic techniques, she'll guide you through 60 minutes designed specifically for the parents and caregivers who show up for their children every single day.
