At SOMA, we’ve been sitting with all the joy, growth, and lessons 2025 offered us—letting it all land. As we ease into 2026, we’re moving slowly and intentionally, honoring the rhythm of winter while feeling the quiet spark of what’s ahead. This season is about grounding—supporting the transition from the holidays back into nourishing, sustainable routines through movement and presence. We have some new offerings unfolding, and we invite you to check out our updated website for what’s coming. For now, there’s no rushing—just dancing, breathing, and allowing the transition from the sleepy heart of winter into the new year to unfold naturally.
