Hi and happy new year 🤍
At SOMA, we’ve been sitting with all the joy, growth, and lessons 2025 offered us—letting it all land. As we ease into 2026, we’re moving slowly and intentionally, honoring the rhythm of winter while feeling the quiet spark of what’s ahead. This season is about grounding—supporting the transition from the holidays back into nourishing, sustainable routines through movement and presence. We have some new offerings unfolding, and we invite you to check out our updated website for what’s coming. For now, there’s no rushing—just dancing, breathing, and allowing the transition from the sleepy heart of winter into the new year to unfold naturally.

Hey SOMA community!
Just a quick heads-up that we’ve officially wrapped up our classes at HOME Yoga and we’re on to the next exciting chapter. We’ll share all the details soon about what’s coming next for SOMA.
In the meantime, we’re wishing everyone a very happy Thanksgiving and a wonderful start to the holiday season. Thanks for all your support!

At SOMA Conservatory, young dancers explore modern technique to build strength, coordination, and creativity. Each class blends structured movement with fun improvisation—helping kids connect, express, and thrive through dance.

Classes start tomorrow October 1st!

SOMA Conservatory (ages 7-12 ) we offer ballet, modern, jazz, hip hop and company classes.

Soma Kids ages 4-6) classes on Monday

Teens and Adults, we are currently offering ballet, and our signature soma form and soma wave classes.

🧡What a week! 🧡

Thank you to everyone who came out and supported SOMA SEVEN Dance Week. Ella, Royya, and I have been dreaming big and breaking it all down to create an unforgettable experience—and you all made it possible.

We danced. We celebrated. We connected. We welcomed new teachers and artists. We laughed, cried, felt sexy, felt silly, relaxed, sweat it out, were entertained, collaborated, and built something special with our community.

This was only the beginning.
