The walk-through of the Mojave Monster Midway 2025 Halloween display! There were 6 games for visitors to play this year, all custom built by yours truly. This was my 4th year and I have no intention of stopping. It will just continue to grow! It is always so rewarding to see the wonder in the eyes of the kids (AND parents) the first time that they come to visit and find out that they get to hang out and play games.

Mojave Monster Midway
Halloween 2024!

It was a very busy and hectic month and a half leading up to Halloween night, but we got everything done that I was shooting for this year, and I am happy with the results. We had fewer Trick'r'treaters than 2023, but that's okay. The ones who showed up had a blast.
All of the games and sets are built by me, and the detail painting was done by my wife. Our new game for the year was the mummy ring toss, and I sculpted each of the canubic jars. I also expanded upon the sets of our previous games, adding a foggy swamp for the witch, a spider web nest for spider plinko, and she made some faux stained glass for a couple of the windows in Frankenstein's Lab.

I am excited for next year since Halloween will be on a Friday. I am hoping to go full crazy with even more games and more intricate sets (and hopefully more assistants for Halloween night 😅)
