In honor of booking my ticket for this year, a massive dump from last summer I spent studying horses in Paris 🖤 In the end I got to meet Napoleon’s dead horse Vizir, who died exactly 200 years ago. At the end of a very long hallway, next to the bathroom, he sits with his solid gold stirrups sporting his royal brand. His body, although taxidermied in 1826 remained hidden in England until very recently when he was restored and displayed to the public in Paris in 2016. I also got to meet many other 200 year old taxidermied equines including several extinct species kept at the Natural History Museum in Paris.

Cactus funeral for beloved high desert community member and spirit guide, Minerva ✨🌸🌈 If you feel called to send her love via comment, her family would appreciate knowing this community stands with her, ever present and supportive in her grief ⚡️
Sweetest Minerva left our earth this week and her family bestowed the honor in me to set intention through this ritual transition. Honoring her full desert life. Showing power and resilience. The cactus represent strength and a peaceful passage free of fear. No thorns can bind her. She is free. Roll and trot as she pleases onto brighter passages 🌼🌵
