Ecstatic Dance. It's worth trying once. Tomorrow NOv 7, special offer for first timers 👇 👇 👇

Honestly as a dance instructor of several styles, it's been a wonderful addition to my monthly practice.

I absolutely love DJing ecstatic because of the way I can flow and integrate styles and worlds of music into one experience. Its rance-like sometimes, when I can get out of my head and into my body enough that I can give myself permission to move in ways I never have before and trust that my body can heal itself.

I also know trying new things and adding another thing to an already busy week can be daunting. So my gift to you, if this is your first time doing my ecstatic dance at rhizome Roots, it's only $10 for an experience which usually ranges $25-45 for 2.5 hours. So no more excuses this week. Come out tomorrow and dance ✨

Use code first time ecstatic (no spaces) Signup link in bio. Drop ins welcome if space allows. Doors open 630pm, event starts 7pm
