Barry Coffing is a Music Business Entrepreneur who grew up in Houston and graduated from the High School for the Performing and Visual Arts.

After short stints at HBU and The University of Houston, he began his professional music career in Houston. His company, Music Supervisor Inc. places hundreds of songs each year in Films, TV and Advertising. Every major Film Company and TV network uses their software and services.

Born in the Bronx NY, Victor Samalot is a 30+ year veteran guitarist from Cleveland Ohio who draws on his Latin roots fusing timeless Latin groove with Jazz stylings topped with a rock edge that appeals to listeners of world fusion music. Imagine a jam session with the likes of Carlos Santana, Wes Montgomery and Jeff Beck.

Fresh and contemporary, Victor’s musical adventure keeps him quite busy performing and in the studio. His influences include Ottmar Liebert, Craig Chaquico, Jesse Cook, Phil Keaggy Jose Feliciano, and David Gilmour.

Primarily an electric guitar player, in 2010, Victor wanted to again put his own stamp on original instrumental music by switching to a Godin acoustic / electric guitar and utilizing the Boss RC 300 loop station. Exploring this instrumentation led to releasing 2 albums, Victor Samalot (self titled-2011) and Esperanza (2017).

Both illustrate the vision of fusing genres with an organic vibe. Fast forward to 2025, Victor released 4 singles (La Chica Bonita, Speak Softly Love, Que Chilero, Latin Groove) which received favorable airplay worldwide.

Earl Carter is a skilled Multi-Instrumentalist and Music Producer based out of the Washington, DC area and due to his exceptional talent and professionalism is recognized as a “Billboard Recording Artist”.

Early in his career, he was part of the platinum-selling group Experience Unlimited (E.U.), contributing to the soundtrack of Spike Lee's “Do The Right Thing” and the live music video "GoGo Live at the Capital Center."

These and other experiences motivated him to delve into studio production, where he worked with various local and national artists as well as notable motivational figures like Les Brown and Willie Jolley.

In the late nineties he recorded several guitar tracks for multiple artists at Diddy's NYC studio, "Daddy's House." Over the years, Earl performed alongside a diverse array of artists such as Freddie Jackson, Regina Belle, and Mya, and has opened for acts like Pieces of a Dream and Spyro Gyra.

He has appeared at iconic venues like Blues Alley and Rams Head Onstage and participated in prestigious events like The Smooth Jazz Awards and the Bermuda Jazz Festivals. Leading "The Carter Project," a band of exceptional musicians, Earl has released multiple projects available on various streaming platforms.

As the lead guitarist and bassist for two variety groups contracted by Sheik Mohammed Hussein Al-Amoudi at the five-star Sheraton Addis in Ethiopia, Earl spent considerable time performing abroad and returned for promotional tours as well. Always embracing new challenges, he continues to travel and solidify his legacy in the music industry.
