Today at the Regional Chamber’s Annual Meeting, it was shared that the Youngstown Warren region was named the #1 hottest real estate market in the United States, and ranked #23 for economic and business development.
As we approach our 100th anniversary this December, we are especially proud to be part of a community that continues to grow and evolve.
For nearly a century, so many moments have happened within these walls, from weddings and milestones to performances and community gatherings.
It is all part of what makes people want to live here, stay here, and build their lives here.
Youngstown-Warren Region Posts Gains in Jobs, Population and National Standing
The Youngstown-Warren region is earning national attention for the strength of its housing market and overall economic standing, according to new data presented at the Youngstown/Warren Regional Chamber’s Annual Meeting.
• The Youngstown-Warren area was listed as the No. 1 hottest real estate market in the United States by Cotality.
• In Area Development magazine’s annual analysis, the Youngstown/Warren market ranked 23rd among 411 metropolitan statistical areas nationwide for economic and business development.
