Niagara Post Theater The Niagara Post Theater is an exciting revitalization project for the closed US military post theater in the Fort Niagara State Park.

We are a registered not for profit set up to revitalize and manager this beautiful theater located at Fort Niagara State Park in Youngstown, NY. The theater is called Niagara 'Post' Theater because each of these theaters (there are only 5 left across the United States) were referred to as the military bases' "post" theaters. This theater is actually in excellent shape and the last time it was oc

cupied was prior to the Fort Niagara base's closure in the 1960s. Our registered not for profit is in place and we actively ramping up our efforts to secure this theater to make the theater live again. A few helpful things to know before you head our way:

1️⃣ You will NOT be charged to enter the park. Just let the attendant know you’re heading to the Post Theater.

2️⃣ Where are we? We’re located across from the sledding hill — see the photo for a visual! 📍

3️⃣ Payment: Internet service in Youngstown can be spotty, so cash is easiest. We’ll also be accepting credit cards.

4️⃣ Drinks: Beer, wine & seltzers will be available for purchase. 🍺🍷 Again, cash is easiest!

5️⃣ Bring a chair or blanket! Performances are outdoors, so come prepared to get comfortable.

Your ticket helps us get a better headcount, collect your information for future updates, and gives you the opportunity to make a donation to the Niagara Post Theater before you arrive—especially helpful since reception at the theater can be spotty.

⚠️ A little info for you — 1️⃣: Concert goers will NOT be charged to enter the park so just let them know you’re going to the Post Theater. 2️⃣: We are located across from the sledding hill (see photo). 3️⃣: Internet service in Youngstown can be spotty so cash will be easiest but we’ll also be processing credit cards and Venmo. 4️⃣: The alcohol trailer is stocked and the food is being prepared. 5️⃣: Bring your own chair/blanket.
