This is one of the hardest posts I’ve ever had to write…
After 7 amazing years, I’ve made the difficult decision to close Ink & Arrow Studio at the end of this month.
Even as I type this, it feels surreal. This business has been my heart, a space built on trust, artistry, and connection. The clients who became friends, the stories shared, the healing moments… every single part of it has meant more to me than words can express.
When I moved back after Hurricane Helene, I thought I could just pick up where I left off. But the truth is, that storm changed everything. Not just the place I was making a home, but me too. This past year has been one of the hardest and most transformative seasons of my life. It’s challenged me in ways I never expected, but it’s also taught me even more strength, resilience, and the importance of honoring where life leads you.
Through it all, I’ve grown and gained so much clarity about what truly fulfills me — and now it’s time to step into a new chapter with a full heart. One that still holds space for creativity, connection, and meaning… just in a new and different way.
To everyone who has supported Ink & Arrow, whether you sat in my chair once or came back year after year, thank you. Your trust, your stories, and your presence have shaped not only this business, but me as a person. I’m endlessly grateful for the love and support this community has shown me over the years.
I’ll still be offering touch-ups for existing clients throughout the year, so please don’t hesitate to reach out if you need me. And if you’ve been meaning to get in before I close, I only have a handful of appointments left this month.
If you’d like to stay connected (I’d LOVE that!), come follow along on my personal page [] — I’ll be sharing the next chapter: lots of running, races, travel, and of course, plenty of Rosy. 🐾💛
Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for being part of this journey. Here’s to growth, gratitude, and new beginnings.
