York Dance Expressions is now accepting new students for our 2025-26 Fall Season! Our studio has quality educators who are dedicated to assessing the needs of our outstanding dancers to ensure they move forward in many genres of dance. We offer classes in ballet, jazz, tap and hip hop. We also offer contemporary/modern for our more experienced dancers.

York Dance Expressions also offers a competition company that have won many top awards in individual and group dances. This past season we once again earned the title of Best Debut Studio at our Access Broadway competition in May with many of our dances receiving first place awards! We are very proud of our YDE family!

We are a Nonprofit dance studio and all proceeds go directly to benefit our dancers.

Our company studios had the pleasure of performing at two regional competitions this season. Starquest in Lancaster, PA and Access Broadway, in King of Prussia, PA! Our girls had an amazing time and took home some incredible awards!

Our girls took home the “Best Debut Studio” award at Access Broadway: King of Prussia which was awarded to the highest scoring debut studio! Our girls also won broadway star awards for the highest scoring dance in their category for “Best Teen Dance group 13-15 (hiphop-jazz-tap),” Best Sr. Dance group 16-19,” “Best Jr. dance group 9-12,” “Best Jr. Dance Duet-Trio,” Best Teen Dance Duet-Trio,” Best Sr. Dance Duet-Trio,” “Best Teen Dancer 13-14,” and “Best Sr. Dancer 16-19.” We made some amazing new dancer friends and can’t wait to see everyone next year!

At Starquest, our girls took home the “Studio Apogee” award which was awarded to the highest scoring dancing in the novice/intermediate category! They also took home 1st plus platinum plus for this awesome piece. Our girls also took home a studio superlative award based on the incredible sportsmanship of our dancers.

A huge thank you to everyone who supported us this year and a huge congratulations to our girls who worked tremendously hard this year! Thank you Access Broadway and StarQuest Dance Competition for two amazing competitions, we can’t wait to see you next season!

An additional thank you to all the parents, teachers, directors and everyone who helps make competition weekends happen! It’s because of all of you we do what we do!!

With the 2023-24 season officially over, we are reminiscing on an amazing competition season!!! Up first, we are showcasing our award winning large group hiphop dance entitled “Throwback Freestyle” choreographed by our own Coach Kelly!

The girls won 1st overall at both regional competitions, the highest adjudication at both regional competitions and the highest scoring novice/intermediate dance at Starquest! We are so proud of our girls for working so hard and making our visions come to life.
