As many of you may already know, we have made the difficult decision to close the Quilt Shop. We thank you for 21 wonderful years of being able to serve you, and for the amazing experiences, friendships, and quilt projects that we've been blessed to be a part of.

We are having a store closing sale with great prices, going on now! Please note, however that due to COVID-19 WE DO NOT HAVE OUR RESTROOM OPEN. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

We hope to see you at our sale, and will miss serving you!! Thank you again for so many happy years and for being part of our journey.

Dear friends,

We hope this message finds you well. While our plan had been to reopen on June 20, we are truly sorry but we once again have to change our plan. We will need to remain closed until further notice.

This is of course due to our concerns over the COVID-19 virus, and our belief that remaining closed is what is best for the safety of our employees and our customers.

In addition, however, Michelle has continued to experience some health issues, of which some of you may be aware, comprised primarily of difficulty with walking. While we thought at first it was likely Lyme, the tickborne disease, we have more recently been investigating other possible explanations as well. She has been to several doctors, from Portland to Boston, but we are still seeking an official diagnosis.

Needless to say, this has not made matters any easier. We apologize for the numerous times that we have had to announce, frequently with little notice, our decision to further postpone the reopening of the store. These decisions are never easy or taken lightly, and are made with full understanding that they will be met with both acceptance and frustration on the part of our customers. That said, future communications with you will be provided with as much notice as possible.

We hope this message finds you healthy and well. Please stay safe, and thank you once again for being such great customers and friends.

Because we want to do our part in keeping our customers and staff as safe as possible, Knight’s Quilt Shop is closed for 3 weeks until April 8, 2020.
