Doors open at the Valencia Ballroom at 6:00 PM.

FREE SWING DANCE LESSONS provided by The Rhythm Lounge will run from approximately 6:15-6:45 PM.

PARKING

PLAN AHEAD. With it being the holiday weekend, First Friday in Downtown York, and many other activities going on, PARKING may be challenging! The nearest parking garage is the Philadelphia Street Garage located at 25 W. Philadelphia St. Have a plan!

CHECK-IN PROCESS
-----------

We are OUT of reserved seating!!! If you do not have a ticket, you may purchase General Admission (GA) at the door. As a reminder, GA does not guarantee seating, but there will be plenty of space to mingle and experience this historic event.

Our admissions volunteers will check you in under the LAST NAME used to purchase your tickets. Upon arrival, your entire party will receive wristbands. If you purchased reserved seats or a reserved table, your name will be displayed on your assigned table.

FOOD & BEVERAGES

QR codes will be available to order food from Rockfish Public House for pickup. You are allowed to exit and enter the event as you please once you receive your wristband; this is the only outside food allowed at the event. The ballroom will also be selling hot dogs, soft pretzels, charcuterie snack boxes, chips, and cookies. There will be a cash bar, coffee, and water available, too.

Merchandise will be for sale for the event. Remember, 100% of profits will be donated to local causes supporting veterans and first responders! Cash or Square (credit/debit card) payments will be accepted.

Remember to come dressed in 1930's and 40's attire, if the mood strikes you! Our WWII USO-themed canteen swing dance invites all to come, regardless of how they are dressed.
