This is not a maze. It’s a one-hour immersive horror experience where you choose your path through wards, tunnels, and locked rooms. Every visitor sees a different piece of the story. Every shadow leaves its mark.

This is the Place…
When the doors of Ravenhurst State Hospital slammed shut for the final time, the world turned its back.

The patients were abandoned. The records were discarded. The names were erased.

But the end was just the beginning. Where walls fell, legends endured.

Ravenhurst died.

But the rot?

The rot was relocated.

This is what was left behind.

On the asylum’s final night, you arrive as a visitor — one of the last allowed inside. You’ll step into the common room, receive your visitor’s pass, and walk the halls as Ravenhurst collapses. Patients that were set free linger, doctors scramble, and shadows gather in the corners.

You're invited to a party, a haunted house party! Isn't it amusing?

They Who Are Not There and The Park Hill Players have joined forces to create a thrilling new hybrid of traditional theater and a haunted house experience. House on Haunted Hill will bring its audience into the show itself, allowing them to experience the production in a whole new way. Explorable rooms, roaming characters, and unique one-off moments open new levels of storytelling, but beware what your presence may summon. Due to adult themes and the nature of audience interactions this event will be geared to ages 16 and up.

House on Haunted Hill is not a haunted maze, nor is it just a seated play, though you can enjoy it as such. During the first part of the experience, and during intermission we encourage the audience to explore the accessible areas of the house and interact with or follow roaming characters. Each visitor's experience will be unique, and what they make of it.

The last known whereabouts of little Judy Lipton was the DeMatti Playground on October 7th of 1962.

At the time, concerned neighbors reported a green haired clown nearby.

Some say if you stay out too long on the Coney Island Boardwalk, you just might see her amongst the sand and surf, enjoying a late night sweet as cold as herself.
