Hello InGenius! Friends,

This Friday from 6:00-8:00, come enjoy a classic Inspiration Café Friday where piano lounge meets art café. Ease into the weekend accompanied by the soothing sounds of the duo Pope (John B. & Robert) from right here in Yelm. Bring your own creative project, purchase an art kit to create while here, choose from our supply of puzzles and games, or just chill while you enjoy a non-alcoholic beverage and snack from our café.

On Saturday, Russ Mazion returns. Russ is a passionate songwriter who displays great skill melding heartfelt lyrics and ear-worm melodies that keep you coming back for more and singing along. His primary focus is showcasing his original songs, but he’s never shy about throwing in a few select covers. He has performed across the United States as a solo musician, having released seven albums throughout his career and has just finished a new recording project.

Admission is free for both evenings. You can purchase iced and hot non-alcoholic beverages and snacks in our cafe.

If no parking is available in front of InGenius!, park in front of any other business in our strip that is closed. The Yelm City Park lot on Mosman Ave. is another option.

Hello InGenius! Friends,

As summer winds down, we'll have live music outdoors on our Trailside Stage, weather permitting.

On Saturday, rain or shine, Riff Nidgets returns from 6:00-8:00 with their upbeat, original melodic rock with a 60s & 70s vibe. You won't be able to wipe the smile off your face enjoying this bunch of well-rehearsed musicians who clearly love what they do. If the weather isn't optimal, the performance will be inside.

On Sunday, if the weather permits, Steven Knopp returns from 1:00-3:00 to perform on the Trailside Stage with his dynamic, eclectic blend of jazz, blues, rock and world beat influences. If weather doesn't cooperate, the show will be cancelled. If in doubt, call 360-999-9216 to confirm that the show will happen.

Admission is free for both performances. Our cafe espresso bar serves the usual non-alcoholic iced and hot beverages, snacks and Left Bank Pastries.

Did you know at InGenius we repair and modify instruments ? 🎸
Below is Diego’s modification to an acoustic guitar. Here he added two sensors for louder percussion. Aside from modification requests, we offer restringing, setups, electronic components and cosmetic work.

It’s been an exciting year at InGenius!, with our new café and live music bringing even more creativity and connection to our space.
