There will never be another Allen "Styx" Hicks. His smiling face will be missed at bluegrass festivals and events all over Ohio, Kentucky, and beyond -- including our own. His unrivaled passion for bluegrass music, the bluegrass community, and cold Ale-8's was contagious.

We all need to be a little more like Styx with his zest for life and people, because "Why wouldn't ya!?" 🥹

Our thoughts and prayers are with his family and myriad of friends.
