The majority of this message will only concern our local customers:
Wednesday, November 26th will be the last day for our showroom at our Warehouse on Clyde Park in Wyoming. After that all local pickups and walk-in sales will be done through our second location, TVS Craft Supplies, which is on 84th Street in Byron Center. You will still be able to order from our full inventory online for pickup and if necessary your order will be filled in the warehouse and then taken by truck to the Byron Center location where it will be marked ready and available for pickup. We are also working on having *most* common vinyl products available for walk-in purchase and so that some local pickup orders can be filled faster from the inventory on hand in the store. She also has later hours during the week and is open on Saturdays too!
While this does not directly impact our shipped orders near as much, we will in mid December have slightly longer order processing times (hopefully no more than 2 business days) while we work to move stuff around and consolidate our processes to become more streamlined and efficient and then after the holidays hopefully return to being able to promise orders shipping within 1 business day.
