The Wylie Juneteenth Choir was honored to participate in the Reflections of Christ: Saints in Unity Devotional in Richardson in September! ❤️
We are incredibly proud of the Wylie Juneteenth Choir for sharing their musical gifts and helping make this special evening so meaningful.
This event was especially meaningful to us because of the longstanding relationship between Wylie Juneteenth and the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Wylie. For several years, they have generously opened their church doors and donated their space for our Juneteenth pageant participants to hold etiquette classes, social skills workshops, pageant practices, photo shoots, and so much more! ❤️
It was truly a blessing to have the opportunity to give back by sharing the musical talents of our Wylie Juneteenth Choir at their event.
When a community consistently shows up for you, it is a beautiful thing to have the opportunity to show up for them, too! We are grateful for this partnership and the spirit of love, service, and unity that continues to bring us together.
