But it was hours of preparing and building center pieces etc before hand.

5) how long it will take to put together

Not only did I just open up my own business, I’m also getting my physical health on track, now that my mental health is under control.

You can do anything and everything you put your mind to.

Day 1 of GLP 1 medication
Starting at 228lbs

Last year I went through A LOT and it caused me to gain 70lbs.
I finally got it to where I stopped gaining and have been maintaining for about a month. But I can’t seem to lose anymore , even while becoming more active. I talked to my doctor and this was a hard decision to make. But I need to get back to where I was. I want to be healthy. I want to have energy back to do things with my daughter.
So this is day 1 of starting GLP1 and I will update weekly.
