Shanley O’Boyle (Shan for short) recently graduated from Brigham Young University Idaho with a degree in Theatre Studies and is going to attend Bowling Green State University in the Fall for her Masters! Shan has always loved theatre. Her love started when she saw pictures of Japanese shadow puppetry as a kid. This is her second time working with Worthington Community Theatre; she was previously ASM for Cinderella last year!

Kya Angle will be working with the Worthington Community Theatre as an Assistant Musical Directing Intern. She is entering her Senior year at Ohio State University studying Choral Music Education. Kya is a Worthington local who graduated from Worthington Kilbourne and was involved in the Kilbourne theatre program. At Ohio State, she has been involved with Lord Denney’s Players, a Shakespeare theatre group. Currently, she works with Capriccio Youth Choir, sings with the Ohio State Chorale, and works as a church choir section leader in her free time. She is excited to merge her musical knowledge with her theatre background and to work alongside a talented group of directors and musicians!

Kacie Huston is a Columbus-based Stage Manager working with various theatre organizations over the past 4 years with a degree in technical theatre. This is her first time working with WTC and she is very exciting to make magic under the sea with the cast and company this summer. Kacie is also on Endeavor Theatre’s board as Treasurer. Recent technical contributions include Stage Managing Endeavor’s “Boy Meets Ghoul” and Gallery Players’ “Beautiful” and as Prop Manager for Imagine’s “Heathers.”

Winnona is so excited to be back on a WCT production! She currently serves on the board of WCT, and has been involved in multiple past productions including Matilda and Roger’s and Hammerstein’s Cinderella. Winnona has served as choreographer for Big Walnut High School’s theater program for the past four years, most recently for their productions of Rock of Ages, and Legally Blonde. She is also an active member onstage in the Columbus theater community, recent credits include Guys and Dolls (CCT), Alice by Heart (The Contemporary Theatre of Ohio), and A Chorus Line (Short North Stage). Off stage, Winnona has spent the past four years running Little Leaders Learning Center, a preschool program in Worthington. She can’t wait to dive in with all of our talented sea creatures!

Shauna Marie is so excited to be back with WCT as the music director for the summer show! Last year she was MD for Cinderella. She is fresh off of directing Shrek Jr. at Indianola Informal! Payten Romig (she/her) is a theatre director and collaborator based in Columbus, Ohio. Payten serves as the Director of Development for All The World’s A Stage and is a proud alumna of Ball State University’s Department of Theatre and Dance. She is thrilled to be making her Worthington Community Theatre debut withThe Little Mermaid!
