Choosing the Right Table Display
A display can look perfect online and still be the piece you dread packing. Once it’s on your table, you may find it hides products, blocks your view or takes too long to refill.
Start with how customers shop. Can they read labels, compare options and pick something up without knocking over the display? If you keep handing shoppers items from the back, that section may need a different setup.
Think through the work on your side, too. A crate that transports inventory may save handling. A rack that needs every item removed before packing adds another job after a long show. Test each display fully stocked, with your prices and packaging in place. Check that it stays stable as items are removed.
Measure usable table space after reserving checkout. Leave room for shoppers to set down a bag or compare two items. Filling every inch can make shopping awkward.
Include the extras when comparing costs: hooks, shelves, storage bins and vehicle space. A cheaper display may take more time to assemble, pack and restock.
🌱New Vendor Note:
Try a practice setup with what you already own. Identify where products are hardest to see or reach before spending money on more displays.
💡 BoothKeeper Takeaway:
Choose displays that make products easier to shop and fit the way you pack, set up and restock.
✅ Vendor Checkpoint:
Look at your table fully stocked. Which display creates extra reaching, crowding or handling?
