We can’t wait to enjoy Disney classics with you tomorrow night!

Pack water and a blanket or chairs for our annual Salute to Disney. This concert features our orchestra performing musical highlights from Encanto, Moana, Frozen, Planes, Brave, The Lion King, Beauty and the Beast, The Hunchback of Notre Dame, Pirates of the Caribbean, Pocahontas, Aladdin, and more. It is the perfect summer family event!

Our annual Salute to Disney will be held this Sunday, July 19 at 6:30pm. Jorge Soto will conduct and Gary Rosen will serve as Master of Ceremonies. Enjoy the superb vocals of Taylor Lawton and Elisabeth LaBarre as our full orchestra performs musical highlights from your favorite Disney films!

Join the Massachusetts Symphony Orchestra this weekend for Salute to Disney, conducted by our Associate Conductor Jorge Soto!

In addition to serving as the Associate Conductor of our orchestra, Jorge is the Principal Conductor of the New Philharmonia Orchestra and the Principal Conductor of the United Nations Festival Orchestra for Hope. Jorge regularly collaborates with organizations in the US and abroad and has served as cover conductor for the Boston Symphony Orchestra.

This weekend, our 75th Season of Free Summer Family Concerts concludes with Salute to Disney!

Create cherished summer memories with your family as our orchestra performs musical highlights from Encanto, Moana, Frozen, Planes, Brave, The Lion King, Beauty and the Beast, The Hunchback of Notre Dame, Pirates of the Caribbean, Pocahontas, Aladdin, and more! Jorge Soto conducts. Gary Rosen serves as Master of Ceremonies. Vocal soloists are Taylor Lawton and Elisabeth LaBarre. This admission-free concert is the perfect summer family event!

The Salute to Disney Concert will be held on either Saturday, July 18 at 6:30pm or Sunday, July 19 at 6:30pm. Date to be announced on Friday, July 17 on our page and on our website. Follow our page for updates on the use of rain dates.
