We are thrilled to announce The Senegal-America Project, an electrifying 5-pieces ensemble featuring Massamba Diop and Tony V***a. Together with their team, they will present their signature blend of world music with a message: “We are all connected, our fates are ultimately inseparable, and the help we give becomes the help we get.”

Date: Friday, November 13, 2026
Time: Doors open at 6:30 PM, with the performance running from 7:00 to 8:30 PM
Place: Worcester Art Museum* (55 Salisbury Street, Worcester, MA)

This concert is part of CRM’s 2026 African Music Series, which is made possible by generous support from both the Worcester Arts Council, a local agency, which is supported by the Mass Cultural Council (MCC), a state agency, and by MCC’s Creative Experiences Grant.

Zachariah Combs and Issa Coulibaly started Crocodile River Music 15 years ago today. It's been a huge amount of work over these 15 years but they're still smiling and we're better than ever!

The wait is finally over. Get ready to witness pure excellence at this year Worcester's Got African Talent celebration! We are thrilled to announce: "YaGrlTam"

YaGrlTam is a first-generation Liberian rapper, poet, and multidisciplinary creative. She began writing poetry before expanding into hip-hop, where storytelling remains at the center of her work. Her music blends thoughtful lyricism with honest reflections on identity, ambition, and everyday life. Beyond music, she enjoys photography, solo traveling, scrapbooking, and finding new ways to tell stories through creative expression.

"...I create poetry with the purpose for it to aid in the liberation of all beings from the cycle of suffering! To bring peace, reflection, & healing to those who listen! To aid in bringing a social & spiritual awareness to oneself and the world at large! To bring a new spirit to the rap & hip hop scene, away from the self-destructive themes that currently permeate the musical genre that holds the ears of most of the youth. All the poetry I write is written with the intent to leave those whom hear it feeling lighter, energized, and in high spirits! "...I realized i could draw and paint in my yang age, after my college I joined Banana hill art gallery, Nuru art studio. i did exhibition in Village Market Nairobi, New Safaricom House Nairobi, Abu's studio and in Goals Beyond the Game.

I paint semi abstract human figure painting. I like using oil, acrylics and mix medium, my theme mostly on empowering women and children....." Elijah Nguli
