The comedy world has suffered the loss of another legend. Budd Friedman will forever be known as one of the founding fathers of the comedy club in the form that we know them today. This live entertainment pioneer and founder of the original Improv will sorely be missed, but his legacy will live on for generations.

As we close the door (at least for now 🤞🏼) on one of the great rooms in New England comedy history, we have to acknowledge several comics that made the room what it was the last three and half years that we operated it. Ben Bosunga, Jesse Burlingame, Liam Meagher, and Kevin Knightly...the best “door guys” in the game. Four guys who truly loved the room, took ownership of it, were dependable, and used it to make themselves better comics. Couldn’t have done it without them and couldn’t be more proud of the four of them (especially Ben). Thanks guys! ❤️
