In the words of Benjamin Weidner, “Game development is an art, just like visual, written, or performed pieces. Artists supporting artists is what the core of this event is about.”
For this game jam, students have all summer to make their games (and it’s not too late to start now!). Instead of judging behind closed doors, I’ve invited industry professionals and those involved in the gaming space to judge these games live; while REAL audience members play-test them. Everyone is welcome to come watch these games be played and judged live, you could be the one that gets picked to play!
We look forward to seeing you at this one-of-kind event on October 4th!
