Steppin' Out Performing Arts Center Steppin' Out Performing Arts Center provides quality dance classes in a positive and fun environment for ages 2 1/2 - adult.

Our facility offers 4 dance studios, locker rooms and viewing screens! Our curriculum of dance includes pre-dance, ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop, lyrical, contemporary, musical theatre, pointe and gymnastics for beginners through advanced students and adults. Our facility offers 4 dance studios with raised floors over 8000 square feet. We have a lobby space for your comfort, snack area for students,

viewing televisions, locker room, kids play area and study area for our students. The directors of the studio, Autumn Ritter and Heather Knight, are acclaimed teachers and choreographers who have mastered their craft in enhancing the lives of the students and families whose lives are touched by the arts. Steppin' Out also offers a professional environment for the more serious dancer to receive top notch training. Our recognition brings in many talented full time teachers, professional dancers and guest teachers to enhance the lives of our companies who compete in the Atlanta area and the southeast. Whether you are interested in the arts for a fun activity, or to achieve the necessary skills to go on to a professional career, our energetic and enthusiastic staff will help you to succeed. 🎓Our final Senior Spotlight is “Alyse Toure”⭐️

*When did you start dancing and how long have you been at SOPAC?

I started dancing at 4 years old and I have been dancing at SOPAC for 7 years!

*What is your favorite genre of dance and why?

My favorite genres of dance are Contemporary because of its unique movements and my ability to express myself through it, and Hip Hop because it’s so fun and I can use crazy facials!

*Describe yourself in 3 words?

I would describe myself as a loving, energetic, and funny person!

*What is your favorite dance you have done at SOPAC?

My favorite SOPAC dances have to be Hypnosis, California Love, and Maneater! Honorable Mention: Clue!

*Where are you attending college or what are your plans after graduation?

I will attend the University of Georgia in the fall and study Business.

⭐️Today’s feature is “Rianna Danisi”⭐️

*When did you start dancing and how long have you been at SOPAC?

I started dancing when i was three years old! This was my first but best year with SOPAC!!

*What is your favorite genre of dance and why?

Contemporary is my favorite style of dance because it allows me to show my emotions without having to verbalize them.

*Describe yourself in 3 words?

I am hardworking, selfless and passionate!

*What is your favorite dance you have done at SOPAC?

My favorite dance I have done at SOPAC was Jungle Jam and getting to compete with everyone in the company!

*Where are you attending college or what are your plans after graduation?

I plan to attend Georgia Southern University and major in business management and later plan to complete law school!
