Want to see how Virginians barbecued whole hogs for hundreds of years? This is a chance to witness it and taste the barbecue cooked the same way it was when George Washington and James Madison hosted barbecues when whole hogs were suspended over a pit dug in the ground filled with oak and hickory coals. This barbecue will be the most authentic Virginia-style barbecue that can be cooked in our times. BBQ tastings from 2-4pm
