What a fun final tech/dress rehearsal last night!! So proud of everyone!

Parents the dinners have been FABULOUS!! WOW the kids are LOVING everything and devouring every bite They are content and not starving an hour later. This has been an amazing group of parents who stepped in and have prepared these dinners.

**TONIGHT tuesday 11/6 is our last cast dinner!

**Thursday TECH CREW will stay after school and do homework in Jules Room, Tech parents have signed up and are prepared for dinners for TECH CREW ONLY during performance evenings. CAST GOES HOME

**ALL CAST (not crew) WILL GO HOME AFTER SCHOOL 11/8-11/16 and RETURN TO THE SCHOOL "FED" , IN FULL MAKEUP, HAIR AND SKELETON or COSTUME BY 5:15-5:30.
************Cast: As we are not providing dinner-we are NOT PROVIDING WATER AND SNACKS!!!! SEND WATER!!! Please send at least 2 water bottles with your kids please, or a sturdy water bottle with their names written on the bottles!!!
**FEED YOUR KIDS WHEN THEY ARE HOME!!! If they return to school hungry, they will crash totally during the performances. Thank you everyone!
** Anyone who wants to donate 46 snacks during production nights, they would be welcomed. We are saving things that are left over. but not much is left over. Even something simple like fruit snacks would be awesome. Assume you are providing your child with their own snacks.
**IMPORTANT PLEASE READ TECHNICAL CREW
WEDNESDAY 11/14 NO ONE STAYS AFTER SCHOOL. THERE IS NO DINNER. EVERYONE RETURNS TO THE SCHOOL by 5:00-5:15
Repeat: NO ONE STAYS AFTER SCHOOL ON WEDNESDAY!!! ALl cast and crew will return to the school at 5:15 please

COSTUMES ARE TO BE RETURNED TO JULES PLEASE!
I need a couple of parents (cast or crew) to help me get these costumes organized and checked off as the kids hand them in... I will have a list of what they are returning, you just need to organize the costumes into similar piles and check the kids off.

Any plans for After the Show closes on Friday 11/16?? Anyone heading to get icecream or something anywhere?? I'd love to join you if I get finished organizing in time. The junior high has a tradition to go to dinner on closing night. I would love to start a tradition of going to get ice cream or something somewhere that is CHEAP Like McDonalds HAHA Any suggestions?? Or do we just bag it with these young ages.
FYI CAST PARTY will NOT be until April!!! I love to throw a big party in April for the cast so I can see them again. I miss them so much when they are finished with the show.

Remember TICKETS GO ON SALE OCTOBER 16th at 4:30 outside my classroom while rehearsal is going on. IT IS FIRST COME FIRST SERVE :) ALSO, with the new platforms and seating arrangement please know that EVERY SEAT IN THE HOUSE IS A GREAT SEAT!!! so not matter where you get tickets, you will not be disappointed :)

PARENT MEETING WILL BE HELD OCTOBER 9th AFTER REHEARSAL!!! THIS IS A VERY IMPORTANT MEETING REGARDING MAKEUP AND COSTUMES!! AN ADULT FROM EVERY FAMILY MUST ATTEND and will at that time be in charge of particular parts of your child's makeup and costume :)
