Mary Kearney is another one of our demonstrators. You will find her and our other watchable demos on our map, marked with an eye! Don't miss any of them.

Mary is part of the Murfreesboro Art League. We have been so lucky to have them share their skills with us for a few years now. Stop by her booth to watch a demonstration of weaving on a two-shaft Saori loom.

Mary will also be selling rugs, small wall hangings, and weaving kits so you can make your own items at home!

We are so excited about our demonstrations scheduled at our 36th Annual White Oak Craft Fair.

Artist Roberta Bell will demonstrate her unique process for creating dimensional textile seascapes. With layers of fabric, embroidery, collage, and creative embellishment, Roberta transforms textiles into richly textured, imaginative ocean landscapes.

You can even try it yourself! On September 17–19, Roberta will be teaching her Ocean Textile Landscape Design class right here in Cannon Hall, the weekend after our White Oak Craft Fair.

Come get inspired, explore the possibilities of fabric and fiber, and discover how to create your own dimensional ocean landscape!

We have a little bit of something for everybody at The White Oak Craft Fair... including the kids!

Make sure to stop by our Kid Zone (located inside our Arts Center of Cannon County classroom) to learn a new skill, create a work of art, or even win a prize!

We are very thankful for our teachers that will be offering special classes during the craft fair:
Jack Loeb will be teaching a painting class Saturday, Sept 12th from 10 - 11AM

Kay Currie will be teaching a clay class Saturday, Sept 12th from 1 - 2PM

Terry Weems will be teaching a leaf printing class Sunday, Sept 13th from 2 - 4PM

Tara Winton and Heather Moulder will be conducting a printing press activity (Sponsored by Piggly Wiggly!) Saturday 3 - 5PM and Sunday 10 - Noon

We also have a lovely coloring sheet activity designed by Lucas Antoniak. And don't forget about our SCAVENGER HUNT! A prize will be had for those that complete it!

We are so excited about so many new artists joining our White Oak Family this year!

Earthen Treasures will have her fused glass art works available for sale on September 12th and 13th. Tammie Scott uses glass pieces carefully arranged and then fused in her kiln to make beautiful and unique designs.

She will have decor pieces, basket tops, and nightlights at her booth. Take a moment to stop by and say hello!

Sacred Earth Recycling will be returning to The White Oak Craft Fair on September 12th and 13th!

We are so excited to welcome Michael Schoelzel back as one of our unique and fun artisans. Sacred Earth Recycling fabricates unique metal cast sculptures and ornaments made from completely recycled resources. Michael's designs and creations are so fun... he even made us our own White Oak Craft Fair sculpture last year!
