Hey Ya'll, it's been a hot second since I've posted anything business wise. I got lost for a bit truthfully. But I'm narrowing my view on what I really enjoy doing, and that's making jewelry. I've always been a collector of dangly earrings, and it makes my heart the happiest when I'm making big, beautiful earrings and colorful necklaces. Wearable art pieces or wearable paintings were my vision when I started making my jewelry. So onward and upward.

I don't know how long I'll be running the sale, but my plan is to decrease my inventory, and whatever doesn't sell will be made into something else. Or who knows, maybe I'll have a different plan for them by then!

I'm a huge believer in not wasting materials, and so from the beginning, when any painting didn't work as a whole, I made it into some other functional piece. Plus, I've got some fun new ideas I am excited to try!

Sometimes the creative process is elusive. We lose it and find it. We explore and problem solve. We use trial and error.

I really thought these earrings needed new life, but couldn't decide what I wanted from them. You just have to let your brain navigate its own path sometimes to get a good result.

Releasing creative control can be hard, but the results can be beautiful if we let go and let the mind do a deep dive into what we're really here to do. Today, I was here to deconstruct what wasn't working, and let my God given talent go where it wanted to.

I said my work this year was going to be more mindful... and I meant it.
