Any DOA claim after the 1 HOUR mark or an opened bag of the dead fish voids any replacement/credit towards another fish. ag within 1 HOUR of the delivery time for overnight or 2-day shipping. Any other shipping method (priority) during winter besides overnight and 2 day shipping will void the DOA policy of a replacement fish. This policy is built in place to get the fish to the next destination as safely as possible.
