BOOKING UPDATED:
To help avoid any future confusion or frustration on EITHER end, this is my booking process (IN THIS ORDER):

Step 1. Design
•what do you want the design to be of?
•what style are you looking for?
•where is it going?
•linework, color, or black and grey?
•do you have any existing tattoos in that area?
•what size did you have in mind?
•do you have any reference pictures?
Try to include as much information as possible in ONE message. Depending on how much design work is needed, we may require you to come in for a separate artwork appointment before your actual tattoo appointment.

Step 2. Estimate-We will quote you based on the information that you provide. We usually charge by the piece, rather than by the hour, (with certain exceptions).

And finally

Step 3. Booking- once you've approved both a design AND an estimate, we can discuss availability and booking. Please don't ask for availability before we come to an agreement on design and pricing. Once an appointment has been booked, any significant changes to a design will restart the booking process and you may lose your appointment date.

I hope that helps some people (not just at this shop, but at any shop) to have a better tattoo experience.
