To our valued community, we express our sincere gratitude for supporting us during our brief tenure. We were honored to have you and your families experience what we passionately created. We worked timeless hours and strived to deliver our children a protected haven for playful memories. Unfortunately, city approval delays, an inflexible landlord, major repair issue, location concerns and exorbitant rent hikes hindered our progress. Though our journey at this location has ended, Swifty's Arcade will persevere. We look forward to unveiling our new home in the near future, where we can reunite and continue making memories together. Maintain hope and keep an eye out for our upcoming adventures!
If you purchased a summer pass, this will be refunded. If you purchased an annual pass, this will be extended from the date we reopen or you may choose to get a refund. If you have a party reservation deposit, this was refunded and you should see this reflect in a few days. We are working through a lot this week, so please bear with us and we will get to you for any refunds due.
