Ok, gonna try something new. We have been looking for a new venue for 2 years now and keep striking out. We desperately want to be open this fall but we need help. If anyone knows of commercial property for sale or lease from Hillsborough to Orange County that is somewhat reasonable help a brother out.

We need either a 25k sq ft-40k sq ft building with sprinklers and plenty of parking

Or vacant land with reasonable I 4 access of 15 to 40 acres. Can not be residential.

I know this is probably a reach but nothing has worked so far. Message us if you have any prospects.
