Most women come in for the first time unsure of themselves.. maybe they have lost their self esteem or confidence ,maybe they feel like they have lost their identity to wife, mother or successful independent woman. Some just want a really different experience than the gym routine to stay in shape. POLE DELIVERS. With a combination of Facebook and Google reviews the testimonials speak volumes.
