WHAT A SUMMER!!!

As the final day of our summer 2026 term comes to a close, we embrace our Fall term with hearts full of joy and gratitude. We are beyond proud of our students and so deeply moved by the passion and desire to uplift, from our instructors and fellow community members! LET’S GET CREATIVE!!! The final week of our 2026 summer term is underway and we are absolutely thrilled for what our fall term already has to offer. Join us for our upcoming paint & craft jam, with painter, Kelsey Jackson! This free workshop is the first in Kelsey’s “Beyond the Canvas” series, here, in our academy. Kelsey is an amazing visual artist with a deep passion to inspire others; she is excited to meet you and show just how cool it is to paint on and off the canvas!

Whether young or old, our students should learn at their own pace and have loads of fun along the way.

We recommend our students to be at least age 7+ to begin lessons in our academy; our early aimers get to put their best foot forward, though, thanks to our “meet & greet” sessions! HAPPY FRIDAY FRIENDS!!! We are riding the wave of joy and excitement, as we near the end of week 1 for our first ever “Ignite” community drive, as well as week 10 of our 2026 summer term.

It is with extreme gratitude that we thank every supporter. From summer 2025 to now, your helping hands have uplifted us and equipped us with the profound ability to excel in fine arts and creativity! We thank you so very much!

From school supplies to musical instruments and craft kits, stop by the “Red Dog Gallery” at AFAS Center for the Arts Downtown Winston-Salem Partnership. Your support in donations is needed and so deeply appreciated!

Enter the gallery’s main entrance to distribute your donation; Red Dog is open 11a-6p, Tues-Sat. Check in with the gallery’s receptionist, or call/text ‘ignite’ to (830) 369-2221 when you arrive, for assistance. Hope to see you guys August 29th!
