Scammers are on the move guys!!
There’s only two ways to sign up for this event. One is to mail it to Midway, Music Hall and event center. The address is on the page. The other is to bring it by Midway Music Hall event center on Saturday evening after 5 o’clock and give it to Donna or Sandra.
Do not send money do not mail anything do not give anybody anything or any information online…

Please be advised that a twenty-five dollar donation is the only payment required before participating in this event. To ensure accuracy, kindly submit all payments directly to me, Donna Cheek , and I will issue a receipt and record your contribution. If you are using a check, please make it to Pastors Pantry ....donations will be given to Pastor's Pantry - Davidson County, NC on the event day.

Dear cherished friends, I am thrilled to share that preparations for the 2026 event are already in full swing! This year, we're shaking things up in a big way. To join in, kindly register for the event and make a $25 donation to Pastor's Pantry of Davidson County, an incredible organization supporting our community's seniors. You can send a check payable to Pastor's Pantry or provide cash, and I'll ensure you receive a receipt. The check needs to accompany the application. All monies will be donated on day of event .Furthermore, we lovingly ask that you clear out your pantries and bring any non-perishable food items with a valid expiration date to the event, which will help fill their truck to the brim. Please note that your $25 donation is a lasting gift, non-refundable and unwavering, regardless of weather conditions or event cancellations, and it qualifies as a tax-deductible contribution. I will present them with all money on day of event. I will also make mention of everyone that participated…If any questions arise, please don't hesitate to reach out to me directly at 336-793-4218. The application and flyer are conveniently located at the top of this page. I'm available every Saturday evening, except holiday weekends, at the Music Hall after 5 o'clock to collect your paperwork. If this time doesn't suit you, I'm more than happy to meet at a time that fits your schedule. I'm looking forward to collaborating with you all again and making this event an unforgettable success.
