August has been one of the busiest and most exciting months at the Winston-Salem Fairgrounds. From Monster Trucks roaring through the Grandstand to free back-to-school haircuts for local students, our fairgrounds did more than host events, it brought people together.

Throughout the month, we saw friendships formed, old passions rekindled, and countless memories made. The Winston-Salem Fairgrounds is more than a destination for entertainment; it is a place where community thrives.

Whether you worked an event, participated in one, volunteered your time, or simply stopped by to enjoy the experience, we thank you for being part of what makes our fairgrounds special.

We look forward to creating even more memories with you in the months ahead!

🐶 TODAY’S THE DAY!

The Carolina Show Out Take 5 takes over the Winston-Salem Fairgrounds Event Center today from 12 PM–9:00 PM. This special event features the best of the best bully-bred dogs.

Come see exciting dog competitions, four ICBR-sanctioned shows, the Take 5 Fun Show, big trophies, music, and special categories just for kids. The event is open to the public, so bring the family and join the fun!

📍 WS Fairgrounds Event Center- Enter through Gate 4 on Deacon Blvd.
