The InBetween, LLC is an artistic company that is woman-owned, black-owned and LGBTQIA+ owned.

We are based in Winston Salem, NC and provide an immersive experience that makes you question and appreciate everything around you. We strive to provide jobs for new and experienced artists looking for the gateway to their career path. The goal is to provide affordable shows and exhibits for the community to see, to provide education on these art forms, and to be a sustainable company.

🔥 Just a little recap of the previous “The Lab” 🧪
These columns are getting painted fast and the garage is almost full! We’re so excited for the summer ahead for this event. Don’t forget, May 1st from 7:30-10:30! Come on out and paint with us! All materials are provided! You can buy tickets online or pay at the door. PAY WHAT YOU WILL!

Thank you for having us at their annual celebration! It was an amazing time trying some new with the community. We decided to try a non traditional painting surface this time!
This desk belonged to our wonderful cohort ! Swipe to see how it turned out!
In other news 2 of the RBM pieces have been sold! Which is now leading us to eventually sell all of our community art pieces and actively put that money back into the community for more immersive experiences for everyone to thrive in!

Only a fraction of the pieces from RBM 2022 are on display in Milton Rhodes Center for the arts starting today until the beginning of April. Stop on by to check them out! Thank you !
From left to right: one panel from RBM , one panel from our second RBM Trial in May of 2022, (on top) our very first RBM that we ever did in April of 2022, (on bottom) the last RBM that we did on a physical canvas in December of 2022.
So grateful for the opportunity and can’t wait to kick things back into action for the summer! We will still have RBM at The Lab, curated by but we’re cooking some things up behind the scenes to start on more non traditional elements ✨

✨Come join our Writers Circle for “Quinn”! ✨
If you’ve been here from the beginning then you know that this was the reason we were formed and established. After writing this for almost 2 years, having actors doing a script read and constant revisions it’s time to finally take the last step. Collaborating with the community to finalize this immersive theatrical piece and bring it to life in 2024!
No experience required! Just an open mind and the ability to be flexible to twists, turns and changes during a process! If you’re interested please fill out the link in our bio! We hope to meet bi-weekly or monthly. Everyone who joins will get full credit for this piece.

✨Did you miss us? CAUSE WE’RE BACK! ✨
We took a little break and we have some exciting things in the works but for now we’re bringing RBM back to “The Lab” presented by and hosted by ! This is event is pay what you can!
This is a different surface than what we’re used to but the wonderful collumns will be overflowing with collaborative painting! Hope to see you there!
