What does it take to be a writer? This is a question I often ask myself even though I don’t even bother with penning my thoughts. Every one in a while when the mode strikes I will preform a cathartic exposition on my 47 ranch page to keep the writer simi-private.

While that doesn’t answer my question, it is not a rhetorical one. One that we should all ask ourselves.

To me the greatest writers of all are the storytellers. Those that speak of the past with such great vigor and passion that you hang on every word they say.

These people can conjure a story from memory that excites and mesmerizes the listener. This is what I colloquially refer to as “Taels from the old timers.”

While I’m not brave enough to pen one of those stories yet. I have a bunch. It’s just not the same as being there to listen to the words that raise your heart rate. Invoke memories, make you feel as though were there. It is something to behold. One that I cannot even imagine writing about until I can do the same.

Well everybody it has been has been one heck of a ride. We would like to thank everyone that came out and showed love for us. And would like to thank everyone that helped out and sent us out in style and with a BIG BANG.
