A small update on the June 14th retreat:

I’ve decided to postpone the day retreat for now and revisit it at a later point in the year. This summer has shifted into a very full season behind the scenes, and rather than splitting energy in too many directions, I want to give larger experiences like this the proper space and timing they deserve.

I’m still deeply excited about the concept and absolutely plan to bring it back in the future. 🌿

Thank you to everyone who showed love and support for the idea. Until then, I’ll still be hosting private workshops, sound sessions, and continuing to create throughout the summer.

There’s no pressure to perform, no expectation to “get it right”, you just show up as you are.

There are moments when everything goes quiet, not because nothing is happening, but because something is finally settling. Today was one of those moments. Soft light. Steady breath. Sound moving through the room instead of being forced into it. ✨

This work isn’t about performance, what it’s about presence, regulation, and letting the body remember how to rest. 🧘🏼‍♀️

As the year comes to a close, I just want to say thank you, to everyone who showed up to a sound bath this year, whether here in Winnemucca or somewhere else along the way. Your presence, trust, and openness are what make this work possible. A huge thank you to the Humboldt County Library-NV for providing the space today, and to .wellness for capturing this moment so beautifully 🤍

It’s been a whirlwind lately. Between prepping for 2026, planning new offerings, and all the travels stacked for this year (and next), finding moments of stillness has been rare. But even in the storm, I try to carve out these tiny pauses. ✨

For the next 60 seconds, let everything else fade out.
No planning. No to-do lists. Just sound, breath, and presence.

If you’ve been running on full speed too, take this as your gentle reminder that calm isn’t something we find, it’s something we allow. 💫
