Illinois friends.

The final estate sale at our property starts this afternoon.

There are multiple Halloween props still available for sale but they are all on a first come first get basis.

Check out the attached over 70 pictures of just a sampling of what is for sale. All three stories of the house will be open as well as the full garage.

They even have items set up in the front and backyard.

The lawnmower is in great shape and had over $700 of work done to it last year with a full tune up and blade sharpening. It’s a great lawnmower.

So much household items, appliances, tools, clothing. Just so much stuff!!!

This is a very large sale and is the at the second sale at this property. The first sale was the garage and basement, the second will include more items from the garage and the first and second story of the home. We are also trying something new and adding a Thursday date. Hope this will help some of you who have trouble making it on Friday. Prices will still be firm on Thursday and Friday. Also, please note we do not give out prices ahead of time. Please do not call me. There will also be two separate entrances, one for the garage and one for the house. Decide where you want to go and line up accordingly. Remember we do not give out numbers, the first person in line is the first person in the door. This home is filled with collectibles, lots of small items and Winfield memorabilia. Plan on spending time here.
