Official Diagnosis: Artistic.

Symptoms may include:
• An uncontrollable urge to paint.
• Hearing songs that don’t exist yet.
• Seeing photographs everywhere.
• Randomly wanting to act out a scene.
• Directing conversations in your head.
• Writing stories at the worst possible times.
• Starting three creative projects before breakfast.

There is no known cure.

Fortunately, it’s usually accompanied by excessive joy, wonder, curiosity, and a lifelong compulsion to make beautiful things.

I’m learning to embrace the diagnosis. 🎨🎶📸🎬
