The Windsor Exchange has been dormant the last two years while brown field remediation, a dog park and skate park have been built on the surrounding area (unfortunately, the rumors are not true - it is not a combined skate AND dog park - apologies to any pups that ride 😞).
We've heard that the project will be entirely completed in the next month.
With hope, The Exchange will come back online this summer. We are waiting on communication from the Town of Windsor.
