There is a variety of classes offered for age 18 months through 12th grade. It's never too early or late to start dancing, join our Just For Kix family today! Many recognize Just For Kix for the perfect balance of fun and learning. Dancers grow, make friends and together with their team, learn to overcome obstacles and put their collective talents together.

How long have you been dancing?
Since I was 2! Dance has been a huge part of my life for as long as I can rememberβ€”it’s basically part of who I am.

How long have you been part of the JFK family?
13 years! It truly is like a second home and a family that I’m so grateful to be a part of.

What styles of dance do you teach?
Jazz, Hip Hop, Pom, Kids Tap, and Lyrical! I love getting to teach a variety of styles and watching dancers find their own way to express themselves through each one.

What is your favorite dance style to teach?
Hip Hop, Jazz, and Pom! I love the energy and attitude of Hip Hop, the versatility of Jazz, and the power and precision of Pom. Each one brings out a totally different side of a dancerβ€”and I love that!

What is your favorite thing about teaching dance?
Watching my dancers growβ€”not just as dancers, but as people! I love seeing their confidence grow, watching them learn something they didn’t think they could do, and getting to celebrate all the little victories along the way. There’s nothing better than seeing a dancer absolutely light up when they finally nail something they’ve been working on!

What is your favorite dance memory?
Honestly, there are way too many to choose from! Some of my favorite memories are from performing and competing. Especially those moments backstage when everyone is nervous, excited, and hyping each other up. Those are the moments that make dance so special to me.

Favorite food:
Anything Italian! Give me pasta, pizza, and garlic bread, and I’m a happy girl. πŸ˜‚

Favorite movie or TV show:
Step Up! β€” I could watch it over and over and never get tired of it!
Favorite song or artist:
This one is WAY too hard to answer because my music taste is all over the place! I’m always listening to something I can dance to, and that has a good beat.

Favorite color:
Red!

Favorite Starbucks/coffee order:
A good shaken espresso is always a safe bet! Bonus points if it’s sweet. β˜•οΈ

Something you can’t live without:
Dance, my dog (Toby), and my family and friends.

Join us for our Halloween Spooktacular!
Come cheer on our youngest dancers, ages 2 years through 1st grade, as they show off all they’ve been learning with some adorable Halloween performances! 🧑

We’ll have a Candy Walk hosted by our placement teams, featuring three studios decorated in fun and festive themes! Each room will be filled with fun, making this a special event for our entire JFK family!

Below is the list of classes and their performance times. A detailed email with all event information will be sent to participating families on Friday.
