We are sorry to announce that the Windsor Acoustic Guitar Concert Series will no longer be hosting any future concerts.

This was a decision made by the new host of the concert series in Santa Rosa.

We had a wonderful series that lasted many years with dozens of musicians from all over the world.

The memories will last with us as will the friendships that evolved over the years during these magical evenings of music and camaraderie.

Be well and enjoy life!

This is now an archival site. Due to Covid19, the concerts in 2020 from March forward were canceled. We have now moved away from the Windsor/Santa Rosa area. Should we decide to have concerts again, it is likely that few if any of the previous attendees will travel the great distance to attend.

Feel free to check out our previous posts and see who are artists were. They were fabulous and many are independent artists who could use support.

Due to the recommendation to limit social interactions, the concert that was scheduled for March 28, 2020 has been canceled. This notification was sent out to the mailing list, but I thought it prudent to mention here as well. Stay safe, stay healthy, and STOP SHAKING HANDS with people. Shake hands with dogs or cats all you like.

Scott Nevin created this page several years ago. Since then, he has closed his Facebook account. Yeah, it was due to privacy concerns and shenanigans by Cambridge Analytica, etc. So, this page has suffered from neglect. Occasionally I get notices that there are new likes. Great. I haven't taken the time to update anything. After 8 years of hosting in Windsor, we relocated our house concert series to our friend’s home in the lovely hills above Santa Rosa CA. It is the same group of people, a consistent list of excellent entertainers, and well, the same event name because I bought the URL and no one had a better name.

I fell in love with this haunting melody many years ago, "La Mort du Petit Binwag". I begged Steve Baughman to teach it to me, then we worked out this really sweet duet which we played for our house concert last night with Steve and Sylvia Herold.
