Installed “Gandule in Cedar“ yesterday, in Franconia, NH as part of the 2026 Franconia Artwalk. There will be more than 30 sculptures in this show. Such a beautiful drive over The Kangamangus highway to get here. Heading back home over Crawford Notch, to experience another beautiful drive in the White Mountains.

Turn sound up to hear “the rubber band frogs”. I looked them up and found this: In Maine, the frog that sounds exactly like a rubber band or an out-of-tune banjo being plucked are Green Frogs (Lithobates Clamitans).

Always excited to see a pitcher plant. This one was in a bog in the wild garden area in Acadia National Park.

My husband and chief installation assistant at work installing “Shellog” at George Marshall Store Gallery in York, Maine. She will be summering there this year. This and other sculptures of mine will be part of Nancy Davidson’s 2026 Critters show in August. Thank you for this delightful location.
