LOVE/SICK

A darker cousin to Almost, Maine, Love/Sick is a collection of slightly twisted completely hilarious short plays that explore the pain and joy of love. Full of imperfect lovers and dreamers, this unromantic comedy is for the romantic in everyone.

A WRINKLE IN TIME

One of literature’s most enduring young heroines, Meg Murry, is back—braces, stubbornness and all. Once again, she’s joining forces with Mrs. Whatsit, Charles Wallace, Calvin O’Keefe and more to battle the forces of evil so she can rescue her father, save humanity and find herself. In the end, we know two things for sure: 1. Love CAN overcome evil and 2. There IS such a thing as a tesseract.

MEET THE CAST | Evelyn and Eret!

Evelyn is thrilled to be appearing in her fourth Rise production as a Mime! Earlier at Rise she has appeared in Edward Tulane (Abilene/Sarah Ruth/Others), Morris Micklewhite (Becky) and Imogen Says Nothing (Crier/Isaac). Evelyn loves the story of this show and she hopes you enjoy as much as she does!

Eret is very excited to be a part of his 3rd Rise Theater Group show. His previous credits with them include Imogen Says Nothing (Nicholas, Harry Hunks), and Morris Micklewhite and the Tangerine Dress (Morris). Other various credits include Dandelion Wine (Colonel Freeleigh), A Christmas Carol (Mr Fezziwig, Portly Gentleman, Poor Old Man). He would like to thank his friends and family for their constant support.

This is Tiffany’s 3rd production with Rise Theatre Group and she hopes you enjoy the show!

Allison is so excited to be a part of Rise Theatre Group’s production of The Arkansaw Bear! This will be her fourth performance with Rise Theatre Group, and her sixteenth overall. She would like to thank the entire cast and creative team for all of the hard work they have put into the show, and for making the experience so enjoyable. She hopes you enjoy the show!

MEET THE CAST | Sophia and Charlotte!

Sophia fell in love with the idea of theatre after first seeing Hamilton, and ever since has been dreaming big of living that life onstage. Rise Theatre Group brought that opportunity straight to her doorstep; it encouraged Sophia to challenge her anxiety to the fullest, and now she is more confident than ever.

Charlotte is so excited to be performing along with the wonderful cast of The Arkansaw Bear! This is her third production with Rise Theatre Group, and she cannot wait for many more in the future. When not on stage, you can find Charlotte laughing with her friends all day long, or sitting and reading a book. She’s so thankful to everyone coming to see this adorable story, and she hopes you enjoy!

MEET THE CAST | Cait and Connor!

Cait is very excited to be a part of The Arkansaw Bear! This will be their fourth show with Rise Theatre Group, previously being in Little Women, Letters Home, and The Miraculous Journey of Edward Tulane. Cait is a rising sophomore at Chapman University where they are studying Broadcast Journalism & Documentary. They would like to thank the cast, crew, and production team of this show for making this experience so enjoyable and bringing this story to life.

Connor Burns is going into his freshman year of High School in Londonderry. He loves to play guitar, watch movies, and participate in Track and Field. Connor worked very hard on this show, while trying to manage others, but it was all worth it. He has enjoyed working on this show very much, and hopes that you enjoy watching it.
